ubuntumagazine.org intends to be, like the name says, a magazine specified in ubuntu world.
With all news, interviews, contests, tests, how-tos, reviews, previews, etc, etc.
A free PDF version, in many different idioms, should be avaiable for download.
The magazine (PDF version) will have this website contents, but with more extended information, more images, etc. In this website (for magazine support) we only have a few sections, for now… (Much more work is on the way)
This website is very recent (was launched a few days ago) and we are counting with your help. We need contributors for all the sections! Every contributor could have his own ads in his posts OR even get paid (but only if we can afford it). Contributors will also have their credits in the magazine, advertisements, etc.
- If you want to join us, please register to be able to write articles, and/or just submit here: contacts
- You can also help us to improve, if you have found any issue, from bugs to missing links or incorrect/missing information, please just report it to us.
A download link for the 1st magazine issue in PDF and a timming will be posted as soon as everything is set…
Our policy:
Everything in this site will be accessible by everyone, articles, downloads, PDF magazines, contests, etc.
How we get paid? Our work will be paid from donations and advertisements. You are welcome to contribute, but only if you want to, of course. We have to maintain the website and the magazine, and that cost us money. So, why we do this? Because we love Ubuntu and fun!
TO DO:
1) All the other sections will also be avaiable in this website.
2) Website contents could have a real paper version, if we get support for it.
A future paper magazine structure could be similar to this:
Dimensions: A4 (210mm x 297mm)
